We offer Free standard shipping on orders over $50 in USA only. Orders under $50 have a flat rate fee of $8. All International Shipments have a Flat Fee of $75

Returns & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.

Please include the original receipt along with the merchandise. Returned merchandise should include original tags and packaging and must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.

  Petit Clair will offer refunds on all Dress Wear  returned within 7 days of delivery date. Please note there will be a warehouse charge of $1.75 for each item that's being returned.

 This season due to the limited amounts we produced on our Everyday Wear (PC two/PC mini/ PC teen) , these items can be  returned for a  merchandise credit only, which can be used on any future purchase

 The Fit on all our styles should run consistent as in the past seasons , unless indicated differently on the product page. 

We encourage our valued customers to reach out to our knowledgeable customer service representatives who will provide you with the necessary information you may have. Through eliminating returns we can ensure more availability online.   

Merchandise can be returned within 14 days from receipt as defined by when the carrier delivers the merchandise, for a store credit in the purchased amount of the items being returned. Please note there will be a warehouse charge of $1.75 for each item that's being returned. This amount will be deducted from your final store credit (the return shipping charges via USPS is free and will be paid by us).  

Exchange: We are unable to offer exchanges, if you would like to exchange for another item or size, please place it as a new order and return your original purchase according to the Return Policy.

Final Sale: Items purchased at a discount are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged for any refund or credit.

All basics are Final Sale.

Defective Merchandise We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for full refund at no cost.

Return Process

To make a return, please follow the "Returns & Exchanges"  form on our website. Look up your order number and select the items you want to return. We will then email you a pre-printed USPS label that can be used at no additional cost. This will be sent to you within 24 hours. 

Items returned without using the Return Manager will not be processed.

Please allow 7-14 days to process your return. You should receive the refund to your credit card within 1-2 billing cycles
